Seriously inspired after visiting The Green Moustache in Whistler last week and trying a couple of dairy-free cheesecakes (blueberry and espresso-chocolate) and a killer milkshake, I decided to whip out some frozen berries from my pickings last season and give it a shot. Borrowing ideas from some of my favorite blogs and tweaking a few things, here’s a photo of what happened.

I was blown away by how brilliant this food is, especially when I’m feeling down and need some comfort food. This one tastes as good as it looks. And the best thing about it – you could literally eat half of the 8″ pie and feel fine.
