Yesterday I served three of my favorite desserts to a potluck crowd of a couple dozen…most of which left happily food-stoned…yes!

It felt like my first real catering gig. I probably spent around ten hours this weekend in preparation. And everything came out amazing. So much fun.

On the menu was a light and fluffy and tart raw mandarin cheesecake with fresh raspberry sauce, a chocolate cake with strawberry coconut mousse frosting, and a decadent peanut butter chocolate banana ice cream cake.

Seemed like the latter got the most excitement, and I’d have to agree…it’s something you’d want to die next to.

      aw thanks stephen! some are ready for fine dining, if you hear of any food biz friends looking for raw, sugar-free, paleo options. got some in the freezer if you wanna stop by today…

    Another event and a couple more delectable desserts~ memorable indeed! We enjoyed your mandarin raspberry cheesecake swirl on an almond crust with raspberry sauce and a dollop of coconut cream on top, and I decorated the plate with edible rose petals, the entire effect was gorgeous. And my other group enjoyed the spiced apple-pumpkin cake. Keep these uniquely beautiful, healthy, delicious desserts coming Stephen!
