Yesterday I served three of my favorite desserts to a potluck crowd of a couple dozen…most of which left happily food-stoned…yes!
It felt like my first real catering gig. I probably spent around ten hours this weekend in preparation. And everything came out amazing. So much fun.
On the menu was a light and fluffy and tart raw mandarin cheesecake with fresh raspberry sauce, a chocolate cake with strawberry coconut mousse frosting, and a decadent peanut butter chocolate banana ice cream cake.
Seemed like the latter got the most excitement, and I’d have to agree…it’s something you’d want to die next to.
